7. Mentorship

Ongea Tech facilitates connections between mentors and mentees but does not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcomes of mentorship relationships. Both mentors and mentees are expected to act professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to intervene in or terminate mentorship arrangements that violate our community guidelines.
